Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, but in the case you must cancel, I ask you give 24 hours notice. Within the 24 hour window I will charge 50% the amount of your appointment for cancellations and no-shows. A 15 minute grace period is given, after 15 minutes your appointment will be considered a no show and a 100% fee will be collected. Deposits will be held for appointments booked directly with the provider and for individuals who frequently cancel within 24 hours. A card will be held on file for all clients in the case a cancellation occurs within 24 hours.
